COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
The raceway is not only home to motorsports and recreational enthusiast; it has served as a training ground for our educational institutions, public service agencies, and defense department since the early 2000's. It provides a safe space to conduct proper training for certification. The Raceway is dedicated to help improve the quality of life and emergency services for our island home.
GCC BUS/TRUCK DRIVING BOOT CAMP
The Guam Community College Bus and Truck Driving Transportation Boot Camp holds multiple hands on sessions with instructors at the Raceway. Through this program, participants receive training to prepare them to test for their C-Class license, which qualifies them to fill the much-needed commercial truck driving jobs that are currently in demand on Guam. Participants also earn nationally recognized certificates in: Work Ethics, OSHA-10, National Career Readiness and CPR/Basic First Aid.
LAW ENFORCEMENT EVOC COURSE
The Guam Police Department and the Guam Customs and Quarantine through the instruction of the GCC Criminal Justice Department annually hold their GPD Police Officer Trainee Cycle EVOC, Criminal Justice Academy EVOC, Guam Customs and Quarantine Trainee Cycle EVOC training at the Guam International Raceway.
DOT EMERGENCY VEHICLE OPERATIONS COURSE
The Guam Fire Department utilizes the Raceway for its operator certification training. The Department of Transportation Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) Train the Trainer (TTT) is one of the various programs the property is utilized for.

The Guam Army National Guard utilizes the raceway for several programs such as off-road UTV maneuvering and 94th CST WMD Response Training (pictured)

U.S. NAVY EOD HMMWV OFF-ROAD TRAINING
The United States Navy Explosives Ordnance Disposal command stationed on Guam utilizes the raceway for its off-road HMMWV convoy simulation training for certification purposes. The training consists of traversing off-road trails, towing vehicles, and basic convoy operations.
